Adam Rosa

Sr. Consultant, Training and Coaching

Adam advises on all things growth and learning, with an eye for spotting opportunities for individual development. He travels the globe, using new experiences, new perspectives, and new connections to constantly learn and develop an awareness for what different individuals need to succeed in sales.

He has worked with companies since 2016 to help them analyze and address ways that they can be more authentic, efficient, and effective in sales. Often that includes a deep dive into not only their personnel and current sales tactics, but also the company ethos and perspective on training and coaching. He enjoys talking to team members to find where each individual can strengthen skills, and then tying those gains to an organization’s growth and success.

Adam has no set home base, opting to spend hours (yes, hours), days, or weeks in new countries. He enjoys the freedom and occasional discomfort of immersing in unfamiliar cultures and languages, and his goal is to visit the seven continents. Before full-time travel, he taught and designed high school curriculum for two years in Hawai’i. He uses this experience, coupled with his creative writing degree from The University of Chicago, to help Maestro design and lead their sales trainings and courses.
