Her experience includes a unique combination of 10+ years in corporate leadership roles—front-line operations, strategic sales development, content marketing, and sales training—and more than six years as a certified coach and business owner. She is driven to help clients use a shift in perspective to level up and excels at leading projects through transformation and growth. She is valued for being a trusted strategic advisor to individual contributors, teams, and leaders.
Kelsey graduated magna cum laude from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota, with a degree in management. She completed her coaching certification from the Co-Active Training Institute. She is also a certified yoga instructor and Usui Reiki I and II practitioner.
Outside of life at Maestro, Kelsey lives in California with her husband and dog. She enjoys reading and writing, as well as staying active.
