BEFORE THE MEETING

DURING THE MEETING

Sembly appears in your meetings as a regular participant. Once joined, the program will briefly introduce itself and automatically start recording the call. Sembly can even join scheduled calls on your behalf, allowing you to stay in the loop whether you are there or not.

During meetings, users can use the application or the Chrome Extension to control Sembly throughout the call. For example, users can pause and resume recording or even prohibit it from attending portions of a call if it contains sensitive information. Once a meeting ends, Sembly will process the recording, ensuring that every detail is accurately captured. This process only takes 50% of the duration of the call.

AFTER THE MEETING

After the meeting, Sembly provides users with a comprehensive meeting summary with key insights, action items, and a meeting transcript. The AI-powered summary allows teams to quickly access important information and points of action. Sembly’s meeting notes highlight key topics and provide detailed insights into each.

Sembly’s Action Item Tracking automatically tracks task progress, boosting team accountability and coordination. These notes and summaries can be found in the “My Meetings” tab where they can be quickly sent to the appropriate parties.
