Jessica has worked in B2B and B2C across many industries: food, weddings, beer, and higher ed. She applies her experience to creating top-notch onboarding, sales education, and sales leadership programs. She has 13 years of instructional experience and specializes in curriculum development and rubric design. She has trained thousands of people on strategies that they can apply immediately to improve how they approach day-to-day tasks.
Outside of Maestro, Jessica has a passion for finding a new favorite IPAs while checking out local breweries. She enjoys hiking nearby trails and loves the thrill of finding a good deal. Jessica lives in Richmond, Virginia, with her husband and newborn, the two cats she rescued while living in the Dominican Republic, her dog, and her four chickens.
