Travis and his team have placed hundreds of sales roles, from junior-level to VP of Sales-level talent each year. Travis isn’t just a recruiting expert; he is a trusted advisor to clients. He helps with compensation plans, interview process, sales strategies and more. His average placement time is 19 days, versus the industry average of 40 days. He averages one hire per every 3.2 candidate submissions, which helps clients focus on quality candidates.
Growing up, Travis was a multi-sport athlete. At the age eleven, he placed third in the BMX World Championships, and in junior high and high school he was on the first team in football, wrestling and track.
Travis lives in Denver, Colorado, with his wife Angie. They have 4 children and 7 grandchildren. They are huge Iowa Hawkeyes football fans who also cheer for the Denver Broncos and the Colorado Avalanche. Travis spends weekends traveling into the Colorado mountains for hiking and hot springs adventures. His favorite vacation place is Kauai, Hawai’i, and he typically spends a couple of weeks a year relaxing on the beaches.
