Prior to that, she was an early employee and growth leader across several startups including LivingSocial, Cove, and Surprise Ride (as seen on Shark Tank). Now, as the owner of InnoFig, Karen serves as a Fractional CRO and trusted advisor, empowering businesses to craft powerful, scalable revenue strategies that fuel long-term success.
