Marc Bandini is a growth-stage executive with a 25-plus-year track record of building highly successful sales teams, securing investment, and driving profitable exits. Trained in Fortune 50 firms before immersing himself in the speed and intensity of Silicon Valley startups, he has built and led companies across AI-driven automation, cybersecurity, fintech, AdTech, telecom, and enterprise software.
Marc built his first startup during the dot-com rise, learning firsthand the urgency of investor-driven growth. Later, he led the turnaround of multiple struggling companies by refining sales processes, improving buyer alignment, and building capable teams to drive repeatable revenue. He has since led GTM transformations, expanding sales teams into new markets—both domestically and internationally—while building channel strategies and pricing models that unlocked new revenue streams.
Marc and his wife live in Frederick, MD, where he enjoys home restoration projects, playing indoor soccer, spending time with friends, and visiting his children.
